The pic on the left is my “before” pic and the ones to the right of it are my “after” pics a year and a half later! As you can see, I was quite the puff daddy on the left! I was a chef in my restaurants for 25 years and I was like a kid in a candy store! I gained a lot of weight and then yo-yo dieted for a long time. But then I found the Primal/Paleo diet and I proceeded to lose 70 lbs which helped me get off my Type II Diabetes and High Blood Pressure Meds! No amount of exercise can fix a bad diet! Why is that so important? Because 80% of your body composition success is directly attributed to the foods you eat. Thank you for a wonderful challenge!! I’ve tried a lot of new things, got a lot of inspiration from you and the other challengers, and a super introduction to Primal.
