Food for Thought – The Carbohydrate Curve

How many Carbs to eat, or better yet, not to eat!

If you eat 50 grams of carbs a day, you’re doing pretty good. If you’re going to try to get into Ketosis, you’ll need to cut that back to 20 grams! When you start to limit carbs and up your fat intake, you will probably get the Carb Flu. Don’t worry. It goes away and is not contagious! But it does have flu like symptoms. You’ll feel sluggish, tired and achy. But it will pass. Hang in there.
