Food for Thought – Chocolate!

Chocolate is good, every now and then. AND you have to eat the good stuff! That means cocoa content around 80%. Anything less and there is too much sugar (and carbs) in the chocolate.I’ve got a Chocolate Fat Bomb recipe out here somewhere. I make mine without sugar, but, if you need to, you can add something like Swerve to sweeten them up!
