Food for Thought – Kombucha!
What do you drink, besides water, when you go Primal? How about something low sugar (low carb), pretty tasty and is actually good for your gut?! You should try kombucha! You could buy the commercially made stuff (drink only half a bottle at a time, to lower carb intake) or, try making it yourself! Its pretty easy, and more cost effective than buying retail!
