Low carb fruit includes all your berries, strawberries, blackberries, blue berries, etc. Did you know avocado is a fruit?! Very low carb and high fat! Watermelon, cantaloupe, apricots and coconut. We make the pictured dessert later in the challenge. Love strawberries!
